What is it?

A small booklet providing tips and exercises to stay fit on long journeys.

Who is it for?

Supervisors of long distance drivers, especially bus and lorry drivers, to provide to their employees.

What is the benefit?

Sports can help you stay healthy. Short activity is enough to stimulate your heart and circulation, supplying the muscles and brain with oxygen. This in turn has a positive effect on health and alertness and prevents fatigue. Regular exercise and physical activity helps “recharge your batteries”.

Getting Started

The booklet provides tips and describes simple exercises, with pictures. You can start the exercises in the morning, before you get up and during morning rituals in the bathroom. If you don't have enough space in your cabin, they can also be done on a chair in the service area.
